The Gates Cambridge Scholarship 2026 has begun accepting applications, creating a life-changing opportunity for Pakistan’s brightest students to pursue postgraduate education at one of the world’s leading institutions, the University of Cambridge.
Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the program provides comprehensive financial support including:
- Full University Composition Fee
- Annual stipend of £21,000
- Return airfare
- Visa and health surcharge
- Additional allowances such as academic development funds, childcare assistance, and hardship grants
PhD scholars may receive support for up to four years.
Eligibility
- Open to all non-UK citizens
- For PhD, MLitt, or one-year postgraduate courses
- Current Cambridge students can apply if starting a new degree

Deadline & Application
Interested candidates must submit applications through the Cambridge Graduate Application Portal by October 15, 2025. Shortlisted applicants will later be invited for interviews.
