Karachi’s business leaders have unveiled Air Karachi, a new airline initiative with an initial investment of Rs 5 billion. Spearheaded by Hanif Gohar and supported by prominent figures like Aqeel Karim Dhedhi and Arif Habib, the airline aims to transform Pakistan’s aviation sector by enhancing competition and improving services.
In its first phase, Air Karachi will lease three aircraft, focusing on regional connectivity and economic stimulation. With retired Air Vice Marshal Imran as COO, the airline promises operational excellence and growth opportunities, offering better travel experiences while creating jobs in the industry.
