After four days of closures, major motorways and highways in Punjab, including the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2) and Lahore-Sialkot Motorway (M11), are now fully operational. The reopening has brought relief to commuters and resumed the movement of stranded goods trucks.
Lahore’s Ring Road and Eastern Bypass have also been restored, ensuring smooth traffic flow at critical entry and exit points like Thokar Niaz Baig and Shahdara. Authorities encourage motorists to plan hassle-free journeys as normal traffic resumes across the region.
