In the QS Subject Ranking 2024, Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) in Islamabad has once again demonstrated its excellence, taking the top spot among Pakistani universities and placing 315th overall.
QAU has shown outstanding success in a wide range of subjects, securing its place as one of Pakistan’s top universities.
Achieving excellent international rankings ranging from 201 to 351, departments like Mathematics, Statistics & Operational Research, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, and Biological Sciences have taken the top spots in Pakistan for their respective subjects. Furthermore, the department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology is ranked second in Pakistan and 201st globally.
Moreover, departments with rankings ranging from 251 to 450 globally include Environmental Sciences and Agriculture & Forestry.
Departments like Computer Science & Information Systems, Economics & Econometrics, and Business & Management Studies have also achieved excellent rankings in the QS Subject Ranking 2024, ranging from 351 to 451.
