Pakistan has recently been ranked by Ipsos as the most caring country in the world. A survey showed that Pakistan’s overall compassion rating is significantly higher, by 30 points, above the average for other Islamic countries. It was based on different indicators reflecting Pakistan’s culture of generosity, hospitality, and empathy towards others.
One of the important findings was that Pakistanis take pride in social values, especially the concept of doing good and extending benevolence. The report said the people of Pakistan love their Islamic identity and natural beauty and the warm hospitality by its citizens. The report also reflected on the fact that Pakistanis are a community and respectful, hence creating an environment where compassion flourishes.
Such acknowledgment adds to Pakistan’s reputation worldwide and depicts the positive elements of its culture and society while reinforcing its global image as a nation with deep-rooted social and moral values. Ipsos conducted the survey in different regions of Pakistan, covering diverse demographics and gaining insights into elements Pakistanis themselves appreciate most about their country.
