Three prominent Turkish Non-Governmental Organizations have announced their commitment to initiatives aimed at improving education, health, culture, and social welfare in Pakistan. This announcement was made during a ceremony where Shabana Ayyaz, President of the Turkish-Pakistan Women Forum, was honored with a certificate of appreciation. The directors of Anatolian Union, Turkish World Association of Academics and Bureaucrats, and World Reporters Association joined in recognizing Shabana Ayyaz for her significant contributions to fostering Pak-Turkey relations and her support for initiatives such as “Be the Voice for the Silent Children’s Scream.”
Director General Ismet Tash highlighted Shabana Ayyaz’s pivotal role in advocating for women and children in Pakistan, noting her efforts to research and share successful Turkish practices in culture, health, and education with Pakistani counterparts. He emphasized the deep bond of friendship and brotherhood between Turkey and Pakistan, noting their solidarity in times of both joy and adversity.
The ceremony concluded with warm greetings extended to the people of Pakistan and a reaffirmation of the enduring and strengthening ties between Turkey and Pakistan.
