Earlier, Munir defeated fellow Pakistani Asjad Iqbal 5-2 in the semi-final, clinching five consecutive frames after trailing 0-2. Munir’s journey to victory was marked by impressive performances and resilience.
Additionally, Mohammad Hasnain triumphed over Ahsan Ramzan 4-3 in the Asian U21 Snooker Championship final. Hasnain’s semi-final win against Hong Kong’s Shawn Lee, with a 4-1 score, and his earlier victory over India’s Ranveer Duggal in the quarter-finals highlighted his undefeated streak in the tournament. Ramzan, last year’s champion, also showcased an impeccable performance until his final match against Hasnain.
