At Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) cordially invited 140 orphaned children to attend the fourth Twenty20 International match versus New Zealand as special guests.
By doing this, the team hopes to strengthen the bond between its supporters and the community, particularly among those who may not have previously had the chance. The PCB will make sure the kids have special treatment and drinks during the game.
This project is a prime example of the PCB’s commitment to using cricket for social good. The board hopes that by including orphaned youngsters, it would foster a sense of joy and inclusion for those who have faced difficulties in their early lives.
In order to provide the kids with tickets so they could watch the Green Shirts versus the Kiwis, PCB officials worked with the Director General of Social Welfare.
