A social media video documenting the moment has gone viral, showing Zeeshan Ahmad, a committed delivery driver, quickly correcting a malfunctioning traffic signal.
The event occurred when Zeeshan, originally from Pakistan and a decade-long resident of the UAE, observed a section of the traffic signal apparatus dangling precariously while driving his typical route, albeit without an active delivery at the time.
Zeeshan halted his motorcycle instinctively and efficiently fastened the loose component of the traffic light, guaranteeing the safety of numerous motorists and pedestrians.
Unbeknownst to him, his act of public service was videotaped, and the video rapidly went viral, attracting the attention of the agency.
The RTA was impressed by Zeeshan’s initiative and sense of community duty, so they contacted his employer to express their desire to reward him for his unselfish deed.
