VEON, a leading global telecom operator, and parent company of Jazz, Pakistan’s top digital operator, has announced that its Board of Directors has approved relocating its headquarters from Amsterdam to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The shift to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) strengthens VEON’s strategic operations and marks a significant milestone for the company. With this move, VEON becomes the largest Nasdaq-listed company to have its group headquarters in Dubai, home to Nasdaq Dubai.
