Final Long Run Before a Monumental 1600 km Journey
Islamabad Running Club is excited to host Tabarak Rehman for his last long run before embarking on his remarkable 1600 km journey across Pakistan. His inspiring mission is to raise awareness about the 26 million out-of-school children in Pakistan and collect at least $1 million in funds for The Citizens Foundation (TCF), a nonprofit organization running more than 2,000 schools across the country.
Event Details and Call for Participation
The special run is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Pak Farid Park in Islamabad. The gathering time is set for 5:30 AM, and the run will start promptly at 6:00 AM. This event offers an opportunity for the community to join Tabarak for his final preparatory run before he begins his cross-country journey aimed at promoting education for underprivileged children.
