On Friday, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) launched its first direct flight from Faisalabad to Jeddah. PIA Commercial Officer Nausherwan Adil stated that these direct flights would benefit pilgrims and businessmen from Faisalabad and neighboring districts.
The inaugural flight, PK-763, carried 170 passengers. Additionally, two flights will operate weekly from Faisalabad to Jeddah. District Manager PIA Shahid Hussain, Station Manager Muhammad Irfan, and other officials were present to see off the passengers.
