The Sindhi Language Authority, in collaboration with the Sindh Government, has decided to establish Language Learning Centers in every district of Sindh. A high-level committee will also be formed to monitor the teaching process and standards of various subjects, including Sindhi, in private schools. These decisions were made in a meeting chaired by Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah in Karachi, at the requisition of the Sindhi Language Authority. Sindh Energy Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah announced on Monday that the 350MW Jhampir Wind and Solar Hybrid project will be completed within 15 months.
