Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, has introduced an online portal and mobile application for the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE). During his visit to BISE Lahore, Naqvi launched a “user-friendly online portal” aimed at enhancing access to documents and services.
This initiative will allow students to receive documents at their doorstep. Naqvi announced plans to extend this service to the remaining eight boards in Punjab. The mobile app offers students the choice to either collect their degree from the board office or have it delivered to their homes for a fee.
Naqvi praised the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for the swift implementation of online services and expressed concerns about the current state of education, hoping for future government focus on vital education reforms.
