Turkish Navy Ship TCG KINALIADA (F-514) arrived in Karachi for a goodwill visit, welcomed by a Pakistan Navy Ship at sea and later at Karachi port by senior Pakistan Navy officials and diplomatic staff from the Turkish Consulate on Tuesday.
During its stay, the Commanding Officer of the Turkish ship will meet with Pakistan Navy Field Commanders and other dignitaries to discuss matters of mutual interest, according to a Pakistan Navy news release.
The visit aims to strengthen mutual cooperation and integration between the two navies through joint interactions, including planning coordinated sea patrols and discussions on professional topics. Additionally, the Turkish Navy delegation will lay a floral wreath at the Mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam to pay homage to the Founder of Pakistan.
This visit underscores the historic bilateral ties and strong collaboration between the Pakistan Navy and the Turkish Navy.
