The Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi has opened a newly renovated NADRA hall to enhance services for the Pakistani community in the UAE. The inauguration ceremony, held on Monday, was led by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, alongside Abbas Darwish Lari, Chairman of Lari Exchange.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Tirmizi expressed gratitude to Lari Exchange for supporting the renovation, noting that the embassy’s seating capacity has more than doubled—from 200 to 500—thanks to recent upgrades in both the Consular Hall and the NADRA Hall.
“I am glad that, through our joint efforts, Pakistanis in the UAE now have improved access to faster and better services at the embassy,” he remarked, reaffirming his commitment to community welfare and efficient consular services.
On behalf of Lari Exchange, Syed Zulfiqar Haider Bilgrami, Head of Customer Services, appreciated the ambassador for involving the company in a community-focused initiative. He stressed that Lari Exchange would continue to support thousands of Pakistanis in the UAE by ensuring secure and transparent remittance services.
The ambassador also recognized the contributions of Kiran Kazmi, Head of Chancery, and her team for coordinating the project, as well as volunteer Manzoor K. Hasrat, who created artwork for the hall.
The inauguration was attended by embassy officials and members of the Pakistani community, reflecting a shared commitment to improving facilities for expatriates in the UAE.
