Nestlé Pakistan has demonstrated its commitment to the well-being, upbringing, and education of orphaned children in the country through a significant corporate contribution of PKR 5 million to support SOS Children’s Village.

Jason Avanceña, the CEO of Nestlé Pakistan, expressed his privilege at being part of an event that showcased the remarkable work undertaken by SOS Children’s Villages in providing a loving and nurturing environment for orphaned children in Pakistan. Souriya Anwar, President of SOS Children’s Villages, expressed gratitude for Nestlé’s support, emphasizing the SOS concept of providing a loving, caring, and secure home to parent-deprived children. Currently, SOS Children’s Villages in Pakistan comprises 15 Children’s Villages, 4 Children’s Homes, 13 Youth Homes, 22 Herman Gmeiner Schools, and 4 Technical Training Centres.
In addition to its support for SOS Children’s Villages, Nestlé Pakistan contributes to community well-being through initiatives such as providing clean and safe drinking water to approximately 72,000 people through seven water filtration facilities. The company also serves billions of fortified servings of value-added nutritious products and actively engages in global initiatives like Nestlé for Healthier Kids, which promotes healthy nutrition, hydration, hygiene, and an active lifestyle among students and teachers.
