Pakistan’s premier bank and a significant player in the country’s remittance sector, HBL, collaborated with the International Association of Money Transfer Networks (IAMTN) Summit held in Dubai on October 11 and 12, 2023.
The IAMTN Annual Summit brings together professionals, thought leaders, and innovators in the financial services industry to engage in discussions about challenges, initiatives, and opportunities in the field of international money transfers and remittances. IAMTN is the sole global trade association representing the cross-border payments industry.
Addressing the session as a key speaker, Sagheer Mufti, Chief Operating Officer – HBL, expressed, “HBL is dedicated to innovating and revolutionizing the cross-border payments landscape. Interoperability is the key to unlocking the full potential of cross-border remittances. By dismantling barriers and facilitating seamless integration between different payment systems, we can establish a more efficient and inclusive financial landscape and better serve our clients.”
