Registration for the Punjab government’s housing initiative, “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar,” has officially begun in the Bahawalpur district. This project, launched under the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, aims to provide affordable housing to low-income individuals. Registration counters have been established at various locations, including the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, the Deputy Director’s Office of the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency, and the offices of Assistant Commissioners in all tehsils of the district. Low-income individuals can visit these counters to register. Additionally, applicants can apply online via the website www.acag.punjab.gov.pk or obtain information by calling the helpline at 09100-0800.
