Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq emphasized the government’s commitment to the development and prosperity of Neelum Valley, a region celebrated for its breathtaking natural beauty. Speaking at an event organized by the Neelum Bar Association, the AJK PM announced a substantial budget allocation for the region, including 1.5 billion rupees for the construction of the Neelum highway.
The Prime Minister highlighted the government’s focus on improving the lives of local residents and providing much-needed relief to the community. To bolster healthcare services, he revealed the posting of three specialist doctors at the District Headquarters Hospital. Additionally, he expressed the government’s dedication to infrastructure development and the enhancement of educational institutions in the region.
During the event, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq also announced a grant of one million rupees for the Neelum Bar Association and plans to establish legal chambers and housing colonies for lawyers throughout Azad Kashmir. He acknowledged the vital role of the Pakistan Army in safeguarding the nation’s territorial integrity and stressed the importance of citizen responsibility and adherence to constitutional boundaries.
The event was attended by several government ministers, including Mian Abdul Waheed and Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore.
