The federal government has responded decisively to restore uninterrupted digital access for Android users of the Pakistan Citizen Portal. After users reported login problems, app crashes, and complaint submission failures, the Ministry of Information Technology acted promptly rebuilding the Android app to eliminate SSL and stability issues.
The refreshed version, now submitted to Google Play, promises to resolve all existing problems and restore smooth service. In the meantime, the iOS version and web portal remain active and user-friendly.
