In a moment of national pride, three outstanding schools from Pakistan have been named among the Top 10 finalists for the prestigious World’s Best School Prizes 2025, an initiative by T4 Education launched after the COVID-19 pandemic to recognize schools making a transformative impact inside and beyond the classroom.
Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust Higher Secondary School in Lahore has been shortlisted for the Prize for Overcoming Adversity. The charity-run school is renowned for implementing the IB and PYP curriculum in a marginalized community, equipping students with 21st-century skills through an inclusive, sustainable approach.
Beaconhouse College Programme, Juniper Campus in Quetta is a finalist for the Prize for Community Collaboration. Its innovative project, Science Gaari – a mobile, student-led science lab – is bringing hands-on STEM education to underserved rural areas, helping bridge the education divide.
Nordic International School Lahore has also made the Top 10 in the Community Collaboration category. The school emphasizes parent engagement and a culture of empathy and kindness, helping students thrive in a supportive environment.
The finalists will compete for five main prize categories: Community Collaboration, Environmental Action, Innovation, Overcoming Adversity, and Supporting Healthy Lives. Additionally, all 50 global finalists are eligible for a Community Choice Award, open to public voting.
Winners will be announced in October 2025.
