The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has chosen the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the neutral venue for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.
According to a PCB spokesperson, the board officially communicated this decision to the International Cricket Council (ICC). As a result, the highly anticipated Pakistan-India match in the tournament will also take place in the UAE.
Host Nation’s Authority
The PCB clarified that the decision on the neutral venue was within Pakistan’s jurisdiction as the official host nation of the Champions Trophy.
The move ensures the tournament’s smooth organization while addressing logistical and diplomatic considerations.
