Pakistan’s exports have seen a remarkable 9.57% growth in rupee terms, reaching over Rs 3 trillion (Rs 3,029,329 million) in the first four months of fiscal year 2024, up from Rs 2,764,712 million last year. October 2024 alone marked a 9.91% year-on-year increase, driven by strong performances in knitwear, garments, rice, and bedwear.
Despite a 2.23% rise in imports, totaling Rs 4,999,923 million, the surge in exports signals a positive economic trend and steady growth amid global challenges.
