The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced its search for an experienced former cricketer to lead its Youth Development Program. The ideal candidate for the Head of Youth Development position must have significant experience in international cricket, having played a minimum of 50 Tests or One Day Internationals (ODIs). In addition to their playing credentials, applicants are also required to hold a Level 2 coaching certification, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to guide young talent effectively.
