Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has released the admission schedule for merit-based programs for the Fall 2024 semester. Details are available on their official website at www.aiou.edu.pk.
Applications for BS, BSc, MBA, MS, MPhil, and PhD programs can be submitted online until August 20. Admissions to BS, BSc, and MBA programs will be strictly merit-based, while for MS, MPhil, and PhD programs, passing the entry test is mandatory. These entry tests will take place at the university from August 22 to 24.
Director of Admissions, Syed Zia-ul-Hassnain, emphasized that under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood, special efforts will be made to ensure transparency in conducting the entry tests and compiling the merit lists.
Additionally, admissions for Matric, FA, and I. Com programs are also open, with the deadline to apply being September 5.
Admission forms and prospectuses can be obtained from the university’s main campus, regional offices/contact offices, and designated sale points across the country.
