To enhance user-friendliness, Digitt+ will provide audio assistance on every transaction, catering to those with limited literacy or visual impairments. This emphasis on language diversity and audio guidance sets Digitt+ apart in its mission to reach a wide audience.
Digitt+ is actively collaborating with partners to collateralize agri receipts, enabling farmers to receive instant payments in their Digitt+ wallet, thus benefiting the agricultural community. The platform offers over 2,000 bill payment options, a versatile debit card for use across Pakistan on ATMs and POS machines, and plans for forthcoming insurance products tailored for farmers.
Additionally, Digitt+ facilitates payments for all four telecom companies in Pakistan, offering mobile bundles and various services to simplify everyday financial transactions.
A distinctive feature of Digitt+ is its proprietary backend experience platform, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience. By controlling the customer journey, Digitt+ aims to provide the best services and financial solutions to its growing user base. Saleemi emphasized this commitment, stating, “Our mobile wallet can be opened within minutes through our app, providing individuals with access to a bank account in a matter of minutes.”
