Kia Lucky Motors has unveiled an enticing offer to attract prospective buyers for its hatchback, the Kia Picanto. The auto giant has introduced two new features, a 9-inch MP5 touchscreen, and a rear-view camera, to the Picanto Automatic variant without any increase in its price.
The company encourages customers to book the upgraded model for Rs. 3,850,000, with an additional incentive of Rs. 50,000 cashback for early bookings.
Notably, the enhancements are specific to the Picanto Automatic variant, and no changes have been mentioned for the Picanto MT variant. This move comes as a strategic response to the surge in the car’s price over the past year, aiming to attract new customers to the model.
In a similar vein, Pak Suzuki has also taken steps to enhance its Swift line-up by incorporating new safety features. The additions include six airbags, front and rear fog lamps, headlamp leveling, auto headlamps, seatbelt reminders for all seats, rear seat ISOFIX – child seat anchors, underbody engine cover, and a change in emblem position and design.
These initiatives by automakers reflect a trend in the industry to provide added value to customers amid price fluctuations, fostering competitiveness and prioritizing safety features to meet evolving consumer preferences.
